Shipping policy
At COTTONAKI we offer free shipping for Portugal and Spain (excluding islands) on all orders above €99.00 and on orders over €150 to the European destinations listed below in Zones Europe 1 and 2 (on orders until 5Kg)
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES
We chose a shipping carrier company and methods to ensure efficient delivery and care of your orders for all shipping methods.
1. Local Delivery (Greater Lisbon)
We offer Free Local Delivery for orders in Lisbon, Loures, Oeiras, and Cascais.
· Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (1–2 business days otherwise).
· Condition: Free on orders over €99.
2. Portugal & Spain
· Portugal Mainland & Spain Mainland
o Standard Shipping (CTT Normal): 2+ business days | Free on orders over €99.
o Express Shipping (CTT Expresso): 1–2 business days.
· Portugal Islands (Madeira & Azores)
o Standard Shipping (CTT Normal): 2+ business days | Free on orders over €149.
3. International Shipping (Europe)
All international shipments are dispatched via CTT Expresso. Rates are calculated based on order weight (up to 1kg or up to 5kg):
· Europe Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Netherlands)
o Delivery Time: 4+ business days.
o Free Shipping: Available on orders over €149.
o Orders under €149: €18 (up to 1kg) | €25 (up to 5kg).
· Europe Zone 2 (Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia/Slovenia, Sweden)
o Delivery Time: 3 to 5+ business days (depending on destination).
o Shipping Rates: €22 (up to 1kg) | €35 (up to 5kg).
Exclusions & Non-Supported Destinations / International Shipping
We currently do not ship to:
· Spanish Islands (Baleares, Canaries, etc.), Malta, Bulgaria and Romania
· United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Cyprus, USA, or any destinations non-EU

· Portugal Mainland / Lisbon: €7.00 (up to 5kg) / €7.50 (up to 10kg)
· Spain Mainland: €7.00 (up to 1kg) / €8.50 (up to 5kg) / €11.00 (up to 10kg)
Same Day (Greater Lisbon Local Delivery): Free for orders over €99 (placed before 2:00 PM).
Next Day Portugal (excluding islands):
· Orders under €99 (CTT Expresso): €7.00 (up to 5kg) / €7.50 (up to 10kg)
· Orders over €99 (CTT Normal): Free
Next Day Spain:
· Orders under €99 (CTT Expresso): €7.00 (up to 1kg) / €8.50 (up to 5kg) / €11.00 (up to 10kg)
· Orders over €99 (CTT Normal): Free
Azores and Madeira Islands (CTT Normal):
· Orders under €149: €8.50 (up to 1kg) / €12.00 (up to 5kg) / €15.00 (up to 10kg)
· Orders over €149: Free
European Union:
· Zone 1: Free on orders over €149; otherwise €18.00 (up to 1kg) / €25.00 (up to 5kg)
· Zone 2: €22.00 (up to 1kg) / €35.00 (up to 5kg)

Please note that shipping costs may change. Check your checkout page for the most updated pricing.
Depending on stock, please note that certain products may be shipped directly from the brand to us, adding extra days to your delivery. For these items, free shipping is not available due to the separate logistics involved. Shipping costs for such items will vary depending on the brand's shipping policies and the destination.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed in the product description page (the final retail price at payment includes the shipping fees).
For non-EU countries we are legally required to declare the full shipment value and include an invoice if requested. Customs and import procedures are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional costs or delays.
International customers are responsible for customs and import duty fees in their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
